About the Role

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Project Coordinator for our client, a leader in construction and site development. This is a full-time position with overtime opportunities during peak project cycles, offering competitive pay, growth potential, and the chance to work with a national leader in infrastructure solutions. Recent permitting experience in construction or site development projects is required to be considered.

This is 100% in-office position in Delray Beach, FL and looking to hire this month! No relocation package being offered at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and project coordination
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, cost tracking, and project workflow management
• Maintain organized, accurate project files and ensure compliance with established processes
• Participate in improving internal systems and operational procedures
• Work with construction management platforms and support technology adoption across projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or relevant field
• Familiarity with Construction Management Tool such as: Procore, Vista by ViewPoint, or Trimble Construction Applications
• Experience supporting project accounting, document control, or subcontractor management
• Exposure to project lifecycle processes and construction documentation workflows
• Eperience in construction operations supporting commercial or civil projects
• Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
